Job summary

The Studio in London seeks a Creative Lead to shape and deliver standout work across a diverse range of projects. You’ll lead from exploration to execution, working with senior leadership and multidisciplinary teams to define brand worlds and cohesive identity systems.

You’ll guide and mentor team members, lead workshops and presentations, and ensure the highest standards of craft across outputs. This hybrid role blends conceptual thinking with hands-on design.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading creative projects across brand, digital, motion and campaigns.
• Strong ability to generate and articulate big ideas with a clear point of view on craft.
• Experience mentoring and developing junior creatives to foster a bold team culture.
