Job summary

StudioXAG is hiring a Project Manager to oversee multiple creative projects from our London headquarters, delivering a high level of client service. You will join a 15-person team in a vibrant environment and drive planning and organisation across the studio.

Reporting into the Associate Project Director, you’ll manage budgets, timelines and client communications, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard while fostering strong client partnerships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a similar Project Manager role.
• Strong project and client management skills with process discipline.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and billing for creative projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans with scope, timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate resources and communicate with clients and teams.
• Track expenses, provide forecasts and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain project documentation and drive best practices.
