Job summary

Future is seeking a Studio Manager to shape and lead the London Creative Studio. Based in our London office, you will oversee project allocation, deadlines and the daily running of the Creative & Design team to ensure client expectations are met.

You will report to the Creative Director and collaborate across departments to carry the creative vision through to completion and drive operational excellence in Future Creative UK.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a creative studio or agency environment.
• Experience managing or allocating design resources.
• Familiarity with design processes, timelines and deliverables.
• Proficient with project management tools (e.g. Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the smooth running of the creative studio and allocate projects to the right team members.
• Ensure deadlines are met and effective resourcing is in place.
• Collaborate with Creative Director and other departments to meet client expectations.
• Manage daily running of the Creative & Design team and RFPS, campaigns and internal projects.
• Maintain a live view of pitches, campaigns and capacity across Future Creative UK.

What you'll do

This is a great opportunity for the right person to come in and shape our studio, alongside the design and creative team leads.

You will be based in our London office and focused on managing Future Creative Studio. The Studio Manager will oversee the smooth running of the creative studio, ensuring that projects are assigned to the right team members and that deadlines are met.

Reporting directly to the Creative Director, you will help build our creative department and allow our teams to succeed. You’ll have exceptionally interpersonal, communication skills and will collaborate with other departments to ensure that client expectations are met and that the creative vision is carried through to completion.

The Studio Manager will be the central channel, managing the daily running of the Creative & Design team. Responsible for all resourcing, workflow, and allocation of all RFPS, booked campaigns, and internal projects.

Owns the end-to-end traffic and resourcing of Future Creative UK, maintaining a live view of all pitches, sold campaigns, proactive projects, deadlines, resource requirements and individual capacity.

The expected range for this role is £39,000- £55,000

This is a hybrid role, working three days per week from our London Paddington office
