Future is seeking a Studio Manager to shape and lead the Creative Studio in London, reporting to the Creative Director. You will coordinate cross‑department collaboration to meet client expectations and carry the creative vision through to completion.
The role is hybrid, based at our London Paddington office, with responsibility for end‑to‑end traffic, resourcing, and RFPS. A background in a creative studio and strong project management skills are essential.

You will be based in our London office and focused on managing Future Creative Studio. The Studio Manager will oversee the smooth running of the creative studio, ensuring that projects are assigned to the right team members and that deadlines are met.
Reporting directly to the Creative Director, you will help build our creative department and allow our teams to succeed. You’ll have exceptionally interpersonal, communication skills and will collaborate with other departments to ensure that client expectations are met and that the creative vision is carried through to completion.
The Studio Manager will be the central channel, managing the daily running of the Creative & Design team. Responsible for all resourcing, workflow, and allocation of all RFPS, booked campaigns, and internal projects.
Owns the end-to-end traffic and resourcing of Future Creative UK, maintaining a live view of all pitches, sold campaigns, proactive projects, deadlines, resource requirements and individual capacity.
The expected range for this role is £39,000- £55,000
This is a hybrid role, working three days per week from our London Paddington office
