Lock Studios, part of The Lock Group and ColourWorks, is seeking an ambitious Studio Booker. You will own studio sales, convert enquiries into bookings, and grow revenue across ColourWorks spaces. The role combines client-facing sales with on-site operational control in a fast-paced, luxury studio environment.

• Proven track record in sales or business development.
• Experience in studio, venue, or production environment.
• Ability to prospect, pitch, negotiate and close deals.
• Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills.
• Excellent organizational and budgeting capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Owns studio sales targets and revenue objectives.
• Generate new business through proactive outreach.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and manage diaries.
• Maximise value via upsells and ancillary services.
• Lead pricing and quoting with commercial confidence.
• Maintain a precise sales pipeline and weekly forecasts.
• Coordinate on-site production logistics.
• Collaborate with hospitality and studio teams for elite experience.
