Soho House & Co. seeks a commercially driven General Manager to lead a brand new Soho Home Studio in Central London.

You will drive revenue, manage a high-performing team, and grow the interior design services while maintaining the Soho Home aesthetic and premium guest experience. Initially based at another studio to learn the Soho Home way, you will later lead the Central London store, building strong member relationships, hosting consultations, and delivering exceptional service within a

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in luxury retail, interiors or design-led environments.
• Experience with multi-step sales cycles and high-value client management.
• Strong commercial judgment and track record of driving sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial performance of the Soho Home Studio, delivering against sales, profitability and KPI targets.
• Lead day-to-day studio operations to ensure premium retail and showroom standards.
• Develop and manage a high-performing sales team with expert product knowledge.
• Collaborate with Membership, Events and Hospitality teams to generate new client opportunities.
• Take ownership of site P&L and report performance with finance.
