Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. in London seeks an experienced Operations Lead to own the day-to-day studio rhythm, overseeing workflow, capacity planning, and performance tracking to hit quality and productivity targets.

You will lead an Operations Associates team, forecast volumes, plan capacity against demand, and build contingency plans while collaborating with creative and cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a high-volume production/operations role.
• Experience directly managing a team of contributors.
• Proven process-improvement using LEAN or Six Sigma.
• Experience leading multi-stakeholder projects from concept to delivery.
• Strong Excel and data-analysis skills (SQL/Access or equivalent).
• Able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with capacity planning and volume forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Operations Associates supporting studio logistics and daily goals.
• Oversee planning and flow of product and assets through studio workflow.
• Support annual/quarterly planning; track progress and resolve obstacles.
• Contribute to monthly/quarterly financial analysis for the studio.
• Ensure KPIs are met; identify risks and drive corrective actions.
• Forecast volume and plan capacity against demand; manage contingencies.
• Drive continuous improvement using Kaizen; analyze data and test solutions.
• Report productivity and quality metrics to leadership and stakeholders.
• Develop scalable process documentation and training materials.
• Coordinate with tech teams to unblock production dependencies.
