Job summary

ASOS Studios in London seeks a proactive Model Booker to source, cast and book diverse talent for ecommerce, marketing and creative shoots. You will collaborate with Seniors, Team Leaders and Management to deliver high-quality visuals that align with brand aesthetics and briefs.

You’ll manage relationships with UK and international agencies, push for inclusive casting, and contribute to budgeted outputs while embracing new tech in workflow processes.

Qualifications

• Previous model booking experience with existing agency relationships.
• Good understanding of shoot production in a commercial environment.
• Passion for models and knowledge of models.
• Methodical, accurate and highly organised with keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and think on their feet.
• Assertive and forward thinking.
• Can-do attitude and high level of efficiency.
• Unflappable nature in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding negotiation skills with contracts, usages and block bookings.
• Energetic, enthusiastic team player.
• Proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, InDesign; comfortable in PC/MAC environments.

Responsibilities

• Source, cast and book talent across ASOS shoots, including ecomm, marketing, location, social, testing and creative projects.
• Develop understanding of ASOS model families and evolving aesthetics for confident casting decisions.
• Contribute to the evolving ASOS talent brief to reflect a diverse customer base.
• Own the models booked and work with Studio teams to maximise potential and ensure consistent quality.
• Maintain relationships with UK and international model agencies and ensure standards.
• Secure key talent as regular ASOS models across multiple platforms and shoots.
• Understand model budgets, rates and cost structures; negotiate with agencies.
• Use data and creative judgement to inform casting decisions and identify improvements.
• Collaborate with Studio team to meet budgets, cost per product and KPI targets.
• Stay aware of market trends to keep ASOS casting forward-thinking.
• Support adoption of AI/new tech in Model Booking and Studio workflows.
• Assist rollout of new tools and provide constructive feedback.
• Support training of new team members and develop leadership.
• Build cross-team relationships and contribute to meetings.
• Deliver projects supporting Model/Studio strategy and adapt priorities as needed.
• Lead by example with authentic, brave, creative, change-ready culture.
• Champion Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies.
