Job summary

The Crowd is looking for a proactive Studio Administrator to join our London studio. This hybrid role combines studio administration, people support and IT help, ensuring teams have the resources, systems and support to work effectively.

You will coordinate meetings, manage calendars, assist with onboarding and recruitment admin, and supportFinance and IT processes. This is a growth role with exposure across the business and a collaborative, sociable culture.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in the creative industries, ideally in architecture, wayfinding or engineering.
  • Friendly, sociable and confident, with strong communication at all levels.
  • Proficient in MAC OS and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day administration and coordination of the London studio while supporting another office.
  • Manage calendars and travel bookings for the studio.
  • Ensure the studio remains welcoming, organised and presentable.
  • Support with onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Troubleshoot IT queries and manage equipment.
  • Assist with general finance administration (expenses and invoices).
  • Maintain health and safety records documentation.
  • Plan studio events and company activities.
  • Support the MD with occasional PA duties.

About The Role:

The Crowdare partnered with a leading, mid-sized internationaldesignpractice that specialises in creating people-centred environments through wayfinding, productdesignand urbandesignprojects. They are looking for a proactive and friendly Studio Administrator to join their creative and collaborative London studio.

This role combines studio administration, people support and IT support, ensuring teams have the resources, systems and support they need to work effectively. The successful candidate will coordinate meetings and travel, support employee onboarding and recruitment administration, assist with finance and IT processes, maintain compliance records, and help manage key business systems like CMAP and Microsoft 365.

The ideal will candidate will be a creative minded, sociable and hardworking individual who is ready to take a step into a studio environment that offers growth and career development. This role offer exposure to duties across the business and as it grows, they expect you to become a critical part of how it's ran on a day-to-day basis.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to multitask and prioritise workload
