Job summary

The Industry Club in London is seeking an organised and proactive Resource Manager to help keep project workflows on track and support broader office operations.

You will liaise with freelancers, manage resources, and contribute to a warm, inclusive studio culture while assisting with recruitment and office logistics.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a creative environment is preferred.
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills.
  • Team player with good communication.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suites.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure workflow of projects is smooth and resources are coordinated.
  • Liaise with freelancers and provide laptops and necessary setup.
  • Maintain freelance database and general office duties.
  • Organise travel for staff business trips and manage staff holidays.
  • Support recruitment during busy periods.

Job description

Great opportunity for someone organised to look after a busy London studio!

Lovely opportunity for an organised and proactive individual who loves working in the Creative space.

This role will be key in ensuring the workflow of creative projects are on track as well as supporting with wider office organisation.

This is a busy and varied role so you must have a hands on attitude and be willing to help out wherever necessary

You will welcome clients at the door of the studio and make sure they have everything they need and make them feel comfortable.

You will support in making sure the office and studio culture is warm, friendly, inviting, inclusive and fun!

  • 4 days a week in the London office (Mon-Thursday) Fridays working from home
  • Up to £30k + benefits
  • Permanent, full time contract
  • Amazing creative office space with a bar and regular staff lunches and socials!

The role:

  • Ensure workflow of projects is smooth and streamline and all resource planning is coordinated and as efficient as it can be, working alongside another Resource Manager
  • Liaise with freelancers and ensure they have everything they need, laptops etc.
  • Maintain internal freelancer database
  • General office responsibilities including ensuring the studio is tidy and organised and the food and drinks fridge is fully stocked!
  • Ensure terms of business with clients are in place and file them appropriately
  • Organise travel arrangements for staff business trips when needed
  • Look after the staff holiday calendar and other light HR duties
  • Organise staff socials and events! (Summer parties etc)
  • Support with recruitment during busy periods

The person:

  • Ideally experience in a creative environment
  • Team player and enjoy collaborating with the wider studio teams
  • Organised with a good working knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Happy to be hands on with attention to detail
