  • Overseeing office facilities, supplies, vendors, building management and health & safety
What We're Looking For
  • Proven office management or senior administrative experience
  • Proficiency across the full MS Office Suite — Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
  • Excellent diary and travel management skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with the confidence to interact at all levels
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset — you anticipate needs before they arise
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities at pace
  • A genuinely positive, team-first attitude — no task is beneath you
  • First Aid and/or Fire Marshall trained (desirable)
  • Degree-level education preferred

  • Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)

You will also benefit from a strong support structure within a globally networked firm, working alongside talented and passionate people in a well-resourced, design-led environment.
