Job summary

Stamford Welland Academy is seeking a Student Support Assistant to work with students, families and staff, delivering pastoral support and guidance. You will build positive relationships to help young people develop confidence, resilience and the skills to succeed in school and beyond.

You will support wellbeing, behaviour and attendance; mentor individuals and small groups; collaborate with families to boost engagement; assist in safeguarding; monitor progress and maintain records; contribute

Responsibilities

• Supporting students with wellbeing, behaviour and attendance.

• Monitoring student progress and maintaining accurate records.
