Job summary

Ormiston Denes Academy is seeking a dedicated Behaviour and Pastoral Assistant to support students’ wellbeing, behaviour and personal development. Working closely with teaching staff, pastoral leaders and the wider inclusion team, you will help pupils engage with school life and reach their potential.

You will provide targeted support to individuals or small groups, monitor progress, and record wellbeing concerns.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people, preferably in educational/pastoral settings.
• Strong communication skills and empathy.
• Ability to develop positive relationships and support inclusion.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting positive outcomes for students.

Responsibilities
