Stamford Welland Academy is seeking a compassionate and motivated Student Support Assistant to join our committed pastoral team. This is a rewarding opportunity to play a key role in promoting student wellbeing, attendance, behaviour and achievement, helping to create a positive and inclusive environment where every student can succeed.
Salary: £25,372 - £28,444 per annum
Hours of work: 37 hours per week, 39 weeks of the year (term time plus 7 days)
As a Student Support Assistant, you will work closely with students, families, teaching staff and external agencies to provide pastoral support and guidance. You will build positive relationships with young people, helping them to develop confidence, resilience and the skills needed to succeed in school and beyond.
