Responsibilities

• Promote excellent attendance and punctuality by working with students and families.
• Manage day‑to‑day pastoral concerns and be the first point of contact for pastoral issues.
• Build strong, positive relationships with students, parents, carers and staff.
• Support behaviour management across the academy, including proactive supervision and incident response.
• Conduct investigations following behaviour incidents and provide detailed reports to Heads of Year and Senior Leaders.
• Support academy‑wide interventions, safeguarding referrals, and wellbeing initiatives.
