Job summary

A leading educational institution in Crewe seeks a dedicated individual to join its Be-Safe team. You will communicate effectively with learners, ensure their positive behavior, and support them under supervision. The ideal candidate will possess a Level 3 qualification and experience in a supportive role. Qualifications

Job description
  • Maintain high visibility across the campus, communicating effectively with learners and promoting positive behaviours;
  • Be a member of the Be-Safe team supporting learners under the supervision of the Designated and Deputy Designation Safeguarding Leads;
  • Be present at the campus barriers in the morning to support learner arrival; and
  • Act as first aider as required.

Key Person Specification Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification or above, in a relevant discipline;
  • GCSE Grade C (4/5) in Maths and English (or equivalent);
  • Ability to develop good working relations and rapport with young people (16-18 years) and adult learners;
  • Experience of working with groups and/or individuals in a supportive environment;
  • Current, valid driving licence; and
  • Enhanced DBS check.
