The role involves supporting both inside and outside the classroom, delivering small group interventions, and providing one-to-one support for students with Education Health Care Plans.

Positive relationships with children and staff are essential as part of a highly motivated team aiming to give all students access to a broad curriculum.

Qualifications

• Degree level qualification, working toward, or qualified by experience.
• Experience in supporting students in a classroom environment is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support students inside and outside of the classroom.
• Deliver small group interventions.
• Offer one-to-one support for students with Education Health Care Plans.
• Establish positive relationships with children and staff.
