Lancashire County Council is seeking a committed and flexible individual to join Shuttleworth College as a Student Support Worker. You will deliver small group interventions, provide one-to-one support for students with Education Health Care Plans, and build positive relationships with students and staff to help everyone access a broad and balanced curriculum.
The role requires DBS enhanced clearance, and the post is term-time only with 37 hours per week, 8-4pm, Monday to Friday.

The role will involve supporting both inside and outside of the classroom, delivering small group interventions and offering one to one support for students with Education Health Care Plans. You will be expected to establish positive relationships with both children and staff and be part of a highly motivated team who aim to give all students access to a broad and balanced curriculum.
