Responsibilities

• Stakeholder & Account Management: Build and maintain trusted relationships across a diverse group of stakeholders.
• Service Delivery & Placement: Match and schedule qualified specialist support workers to students based on requirements and outcomes.
• Day-to-Day Operations & Admin: Manage a high-volume caseload, handle communications, maintain records, evidence support delivery.
• Client Retention & Account Growth: Act as primary contact for key accounts, ensure service levels are met and identify growth opportunities.
• Problem-Solving & Query Resolution: Address day-to-day challenges, handle complex queries with empathy and professionalism, resolve urgent requests.
• Operational Targets: Work towards key targets within a cooperative, supportive team environment.
