• Candidate management: engage workers on site and communicate updates to the client.
• Administration management: accurately record data and meet KPI/MI deadlines.
• Payroll: log and track statutory payment documentation and address pay queries.
• Client communication: hold regular meetings with the client to review KPI and engagement.
