Job summary

Randstad UK is seeking an Account Specialist for Tuition Services in Manchester to manage a dedicated pupil caseload and key stakeholders throughout the tuition journey. You will oversee referrals, liaise with pupils, tutors, parents, schools and local authorities to ensure high-quality tuition delivery.

You will handle inbound and outbound communications across calls and emails, coordinate recruitment and reporting, and contribute to a collaborative, client-centric culture with ongoing

The Position:

The Account Specialist for Tuition Services is responsible for managing a dedicated caseload of pupils and the stakeholders involved in their tuition journey, with the primary aim of ensuring high-quality tuition delivery and maximising the fulfilment of pupil referrals.

You will be expected to manage inbound and outbound communications across various channels (calls and emails) with multiple stakeholders including pupils, workers (tutors), parents & carers, schools, and local authorities. Your goal is to ensure a seamless and effective tuition service, from initial referral to successful completion and follow-up.
