In this rewarding role, you’ll work closely with learners to identify individual support needs, develop practical strategies, and provide tailored one-to-one and small-group support that helps them engage, progress and succeed. You’ll collaborate with tutors and wider support teams to promote inclusive learning, build confidence, and ensure every learner is supported and empowered to achieve meaningful outcomes.

HMP Oakwood is a Category C men’s prison located in Featherstone, Staffordshire, near Wolverhampton. It is one of the largest and most modern prisons in the United Kingdom.
