Job summary

Moulton College is seeking a dedicated Success Coach to support students in reaching their full potential. You will provide one-to-one coaching, deliver development sessions, and work with curriculum and wellbeing teams to drive student success.

The role requires experience in mentoring or coaching and a strong focus on safeguarding, inclusivity, and student engagement. The position is 37 hours per week over 40 weeks, with interviews set for late September 2026.

Qualifications

• Experience mentoring, coaching or supporting students.
• Knowledge of student engagement strategies and safeguarding principles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coach students one-to-one and in groups to improve motivation and track progress.
• Deliver personal development sessions on relationships, consent and wellbeing.
• Monitor attendance and engagement to support retention and re-engagement.
• Provide pastoral and wellbeing support and refer to specialist services when needed.
