Job summary

Moulton College is seeking a dedicated Job Coach to support learners with additional needs in gaining work placements and transitioning to paid employment. The role involves working closely with students, employers and college staff to create inclusive and successful employment experiences.

We welcome part-time arrangements (minimum three days/week) and value candidates who can help students move into real-world settings, with travel within the local area expected.

  • Driving license and access to own vehicle required for local travel.

Moulton College is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Job Coach to support learners in gaining meaningful work placements and transitioning into paid employment. The main duties of this position are:

  • To engage with and support young people with additional needs to gain supported work placements.
  • To work with employers to create a positive and successful working environment for the supported intern.
  • To enable and support young people with additional needs to transition successfully to paid employment.

The successful candidate for this position must have experience of working with young people with moderate to severe learning disabilities and experience of networking and forming good working relationships with a range of partners, including employers and support agencies. A Driving License and access to your own vehicle is essential as some travel within the local area is also required.

Accreditation in Training in Systematic Instruction (TSI) would also be advantageous.
