The role totals 648 hours per annum, with 10 hours weekly allocated and integration with a 28-hour classroom delivery allocation.

• Experience in pastoral care and student guidance.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Foundation Studies and Personal Development with personal development, behaviour and attitudes across the College.
• Assist in development and management of the personal development programme and timetable; attend CPD events.
