Job summary

Coventry College is seeking a Personal Development & Wellbeing Coach to support learners with holistic wellbeing, attendance and progression. This post is based at Coventry College during term time, offering 37 hours per week across a 38-week contract, with permanent status.

You will mentor students, remove barriers to progress, and work with staff to enhance the learner experience, delivering high-quality support and customer-focused service across college life.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Level 2 qualification in English and Maths.
• Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
• Education to degree level or equivalent.
• Experience of working with people within an educational organization or youth work environment.

Responsibilities

• Support learners to sustain attendance and progress.
• Provide holistic personal development and wellbeing guidance.
• Mentor students and remove barriers to progress.
• Work with staff to enhance the learner experience.
