Job summary

Education Services Online is seeking a Student Coach to support learners across their journey—from offer to graduation—through proactive coaching and practical guidance. You will build trusted relationships via one-to-one sessions, virtual meetings and workshops, helping students overcome barriers and stay engaged.

Reporting to Academic Quality, you will identify disengagement early, coordinate with Student Success, Funding and Careers teams, and deliver targeted interventions that boost

Qualifications

• Experience in student support, coaching, mentoring or engagement roles.
• Ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds via phone, virtual and written channels.

Responsibilities

• Deliver proactive outreach to students at key points in their learning journey.
• Contact students by phone, SMS, email and virtual meetings to provide personalised coaching.
• Identify and engage students showing early signs of disengagement.
• Manage your own outreach caseload and complete follow-up actions.
• Record student engagement activity in Salesforce.
