Chelmsford College is seeking a proactive and student-centred Learning and Study Centre Advisor to join our dedicated team.

You will champion independent learning, support students in Study Centres and Learning Resource Centres, and promote academic resources including digital tools. We value a can-do attitude and a commitment to equality, safeguarding, and helping learners reach their potential.

• Comfort with promoting academic resources and digital tools.

• Champion independent learning and study skills across curriculum areas.
• Support students in busy timetabled Study Centres and Learning Resource Centres.
• Collaborate with the Learning and Study Centre Manager to promote resources, including digital tools.
• Motivate students to stay engaged, focused, and complete assignments.
