Chelmsford College is seeking a proactive and student-centred Learning and Study Centre Advisor to join our dedicated team.

You will champion independent learning, support students in Study Centres and Learning Resource Centres, and promote academic resources including digital tools. We value a can-do attitude and a commitment to equality, safeguarding, and helping learners reach their potential.

• Champion independent learning and study skills across all curriculum areas.


• Support students in dynamic, busy timetabled Study Centres and our newly launched Learning Resource Centres.


• Collaborate with the Learning and Study Centre Manager to promote and advocate for academic resources, including innovative digital tools.


• Motivate students to stay engaged, focused, and on track with assignments and coursework.


• Encourage the development of transferable skills and instil a strong work ethic in every learner.
