Job summary

Able Personnel is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join a respected training provider in Northwich and Crewe. This role involves providing individualised support to learners, primarily on a one-on-one basis, while working closely with tutors to enhance student engagement.

The ideal candidate will help learners achieve their academic goals, maintain records of progress, and encourage self-confidence in an inclusive learning environment. A salary of £24,000 per annum is offered along with flexible working conditions.

Qualifications

• Experience working closely with tutors and learners.
• Ability to maintain accurate records of learner progress.
• Strong interpersonal skills to promote independence and self-confidence among learners.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualised support to learners primarily on a one-to-one basis.
• Assist learners in accessing the curriculum and achieving learning goals.
• Collaborate with tutors to develop effective support strategies.

Skills

Experience working with younger age ranges in Scouts, Brownies or similar settings

Experience supporting individuals with additional needs
