Job summary

Elliott Hudson College is seeking to appoint a proactive and organised Student Services Officer to support the smooth running of our Post-16 provision. Acting as a key point of contact for students, staff, parents and prospective applicants, the successful candidate will provide high-quality administrative support across attendance, admissions, student bursaries and pastoral systems.

Qualifications

  • 5 GCSEs at Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent) or relevant Level 2 qualification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and manage administrative processes efficiently.
  • Strong IT skills and confidence using Microsoft Office applications.
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • A passion for supporting young people and helping them achieve their potential.

Responsibilities
