Job summary

Elliott Hudson College in Leeds is seeking a proactive Student Services Officer to support the smooth running of our Post-16 provision. You will act as a key contact for students, staff, parents and prospective applicants, providing high-quality administrative support across attendance, admissions, bursaries and pastoral systems.

The successful candidate will be highly organized, with excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain accurate records and manage processes efficiently,

Qualifications

• Five GCSEs at Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain accurate records and manage administrative processes efficiently
• Strong IT skills and confidence using Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team
• Passion for supporting young people and helping them reach their potential

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality administrative support across attendance, admissions, student bursaries and pastoral systems
• Act as a key point of contact for students, staff, parents and prospective applicants
