Job summary

Elliott Hudson College is seeking an inspirational colleague to join us as Attendance and Safeguarding. The successful candidate will lead safeguarding and attendance processes to ensure every student is safe, supported and able to achieve.

The post requires a clear understanding of safeguarding policies and experience working with young people to promote welfare across the college community. You will work with staff to embed safeguarding and attendance best practice.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C or above, or equivalent.
• Clear knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures.
• Experience of working with young people.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate safeguarding and attendance systems within the college.
• Ensure all students are safe, supported and able to achieve.
