Job summary

Homes for Students Ltd is seeking a Resident Services Assistant at Hill View Place in Exeter. The role is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9.00am–5.30pm, focusing on welcoming students, reception tasks and day-to-day support for the operations team and General Manager.

You will handle inquiries, provide accurate information, and contribute to a positive student experience with strong IT and customer care skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet service for students and visitors.

• Support open days, intake and departures.
• Respond to student inquiries via email, phone and in person.
• Address and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
