Job summary

Homes for Students in Guildford is seeking a Resident Services Assistant to provide a warm welcome, reception support, and help desk assistance for students and visitors. You will also support back-office operations and assist the operations team and General Manager to ensure a smooth, welcoming experience.

The ideal candidate will deliver cheerful customer service, handle inquiries via email, phone, website, and in person, and use Microsoft Office to support administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills with a patient, helpful attitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new IT systems quickly.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a proactive, organized approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm meet and greet, reception support and help desk assistance.
• Support back-office operations and provide admin assistance to the Operations team and General Manager.
• Handle inquiries from students, visitors and external contacts via email, website, telephone and in person.
