Digital Marketing School in Milton Keynes is seeking a confident Student Recruitment Counsellor to recruit UK home students and guide them through the university application, Student Finance and enrolment process. The role involves regular telephone communication, handling enquiries, and supporting students through documentation and progression to enrolment.

The position is full-time, office-based in Milton Keynes, with a performance-based bonus and training opportunities.

Formación

• Confident communicator with outbound calling experience.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, target-driven attitude with a focus on recruitment targets.
• Experience in customer service or admissions is advantageous but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up throughout the recruitment process.
• Understand applicants' qualifications and guide them through applications and enrolment.
• Assist with Student Finance England applications and document preparation.
• Maintain CRM records and monitor application progress.
• Convert enquiries into enrolments while meeting individual and team targets.
• Collaborate with admissions teams to ensure a positive student experience.
