EDUEX in London is seeking a Student Advisor to contact prospective students, collect documents to start their applications, and guide them through the full application-to-enrolment cycle.

The role requires 1–2 years’ student recruitment experience, outstanding verbal and telephonic communication, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure to hit conversion targets; you will coordinate interviews, tests, and appointments and maintain CRM records.

• Make daily outbound calls to prospective students.
• Explain programmes, requirements and guide next steps.
• Collect required documents to initiate the application process.
• Maintain call-to-conversion performance through effective communication.
• Update CRM systems with timely information at every stage.
• Prepare students for university interviews and internal English tests.
• Maintain communication while ensuring zero drop-out and coordinate interviews/tests.
• Schedule and book interviews, tests, and appointments with timely reminders.
• Provide pending documents to universities to release offers after interviews.
• Build trust and act as the student’s main point of contact throughout their journey.
