Job summary

Cambridge Education Group is seeking a proactive Student Recruitment Consultant to join our Online Sales team in Cambridge. You will drive international and domestic recruitment through consultative sales, manage a student pipeline, and support applicants through the journey to enrolment.

The role requires strong sales and communication skills, a customer-service focus, and experience in or knowledge of the UK Higher Education system.

Qualifications

• Proven sales acumen.
• Excellent communication and consultative sales skills.
• Target-driven, ambitious and highly organised with strong relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Achieve set student recruitment targets.
• Meet productivity and conversion KPIs throughout the student journey.
• Proactive sales activity by phone, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Utilise video meetings and screen sharing to connect with prospective students.
• Collaborate with the Admissions and Enquiry Adviser teams to ensure smooth handover and follow-up of applications.
• Record all sales activity in the CRM with high accuracy.
