Coventry University Online Learning is seeking a Recruitment and Conversion Specialist in Milton Keynes. You will be the first contact for individuals interested in online degree programmes, guiding them via phone, email and social channels to enrolment.

In a fast-paced, customer-focused sales environment, you will handle outbound calls, build rapport, provide programme information, manage leads in CRM, and strive to meet daily and monthly targets while delivering excellent student experiences.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Full training provided.
• Enthusiastic, motivated communicator.
• Based in Milton Keynes with minimum 4 days in the office.

Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls to prospective students who have enquired about a programme.
• Building rapport and understanding everyone’s motivations and goals.
• Providing clear and accurate information about programmes, start dates, tuition fees, and application steps.
• Managing your pipeline of leads in the CRM system and following up promptly to maximise conversions.
• Meeting daily and monthly call targets while maintaining a high standard of customer experience
