Job summary

Online Education Services seeks a junior, telephone-focused candidate to engage new student enquiries, assess interest and suitability, and hand over qualified prospects to Student Recruitment Advisors for detailed conversations. You will build rapport, ask insightful questions, and maintain accurate CRM records.

You will develop skills in consultative sales and student recruitment, with a clear path toward a Student Recruitment Advisor role, joining a collaborative team in a globally connected

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles such as sales, recruitment or customer service.
• Strong verbal communication skills for professional conversations by phone.
• Ability to ask questions, listen actively and capture useful information.

Responsibilities

• Engage new prospective students via telephone, email and SMS to create a positive first interaction.
• Conduct initial conversations to understand interest, motivation and goals.
• Perform initial qualification checks against programme criteria and identify suitability.
• Identify barriers or risks that affect readiness to progress.
• Progress engaged, qualified prospects to Student Recruitment Advisors for further conversations.
• Provide clear handover information to Advisors with motivations, questions and risks.
• Offer high-level programme information and set next-step expectations.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM of attempts, outcomes and actions.
• Handle a high volume of enquiries while upholding responsiveness and quality.
• Collaborate with Advisors to improve lead qualification and handovers.
