Job summary

Nova Pathways is looking for a confident, organised Conversion Officer to join our team in London on a full-time basis. You will support prospective students from initial enquiry through to application and enrolment, using strong communication to hit weekly and monthly targets.

Key duties include contacting new leads, guiding applicants through degree options and the application process, performing eligibility checks, collecting documents, and maintaining CRM records to drive conversions.

Qualifications

• Experience in student recruitment, admissions or a sales-focused role.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Ability to work towards targets and use CRM systems.
• Professional, organised and student-focused.

Responsibilities

• Contact new leads promptly via phone, WhatsApp and email.
• Provide clear and accurate information about degree options, entry requirements and the application process.
• Follow up consistently with prospective students and guide them through each stage of the process.
• Conduct initial eligibility checks and document assessments.
• Collect and review all required student documentation.
• Support prospective students in completing applications and submitting the necessary documents.
• Complete short applications on behalf of prospective students where required.
• Maintain accurate records and update lead stages correctly within the CRM system.
• Work towards weekly and monthly application, enrolment and conversion targets.
• Identify common concerns or barriers and contribute to improving the student conversion process.
• Provide regular conversion and pipeline reports to management.
