Job summary

Brunel University London is seeking a Student Experience And ResLife Advisor to support day-to-day operations in halls, respond to enquiries, resolve service issues and contribute to a welcoming residential community on the Uxbridge campus.

The role is full-time, permanent and shift-based, including evenings and weekends, with a salary of £29,827–£34,558 (London Weighting) and potential progression to £35,510. Benefits include generous annual leave, a strong pension, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service or administrative role.
• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
• A proactive and flexible attitude, able to work effectively under pressure.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office and administrative systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries and resolve service issues in student halls.
• Support welfare concerns and contribute to a supportive living environment.
• Coordinate events and engagement initiatives for residents.
• Assist with day-to-day operations and maintenances related to residential life.
• Work a shift pattern including evenings and weekends to support 24/7 residential operations.
