Brunel University London seeks a dedicated Estates and Facilities professional to support day-to-day operations in student halls. You will respond to enquiries, resolve issues, assist with welfare concerns and contribute to a student-focused living environment through events and engagement.
You will work with ResLife Ambassadors and Estates teams to create a safe, welcoming community, handling requests and coordinating activities that enhance the residential journey for students and staff.

Salary: Grade 5 from £29,827 to £34,558 inclusive of London Weighting with potential to progress to £35,510 per annum, inclusive of London Weighting, through sustained exceptional contribution.

You’ll work closely with ResLife Ambassadors, Estates teams and other University departments to help deliver a safe, welcoming and inclusive residential community. From handling service requests and maintenance queries to helping run welcome events and community activities, your role will be varied, people-focused, and critical to the success of our students’ residential journey.
You will work a shift pattern covering early mornings, evenings, to support our 24/7 residential operations.
