Job summary

Brunel University London seeks a dedicated Estates and Facilities professional to support day-to-day operations in student halls. You will respond to enquiries, resolve issues, assist with welfare concerns and contribute to a student-focused living environment through events and engagement.

You will work with ResLife Ambassadors and Estates teams to create a safe, welcoming community, handling requests and coordinating activities that enhance the residential journey for students and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service or administrative role.
• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
• A proactive and flexible attitude, able to work effectively under pressure.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office and administrative systems.
• A genuine commitment to enhancing student wellbeing and community.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for students, staff and visitors, handling enquiries and resolving issues.
• Respond to enquiries, resolve service issues and assist with welfare concerns.
• Support a welcoming living environment through events and engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with ResLife Ambassadors, Estates teams and other departments to deliver a safe, inclusive residential community.
• Assist with service requests, maintenance queries, and run welcome events and community activities.
