Customer Service Advisor - Student Accommodation

Customer Service Advisor

Location :Hollis Croft, Sheffield

Salary :£ 12,694.50 per annum (£13.95 per hour)with overtime paid at 1.25 x hourly rate

Hours : Average of 17.5 hours per week (contracted to 910 hours annually) between 8am to 8pm.

• No prior property experience? No problem! We're looking for enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and a passion for great customer service.

This role follows an annualised hours model, meaning your hours will be distributed flexibly throughout the year to meet business and seasonal demands (peak season is July - September where increased hours will be required).
