Flow Student in the UK is seeking a Student Experience Team Member for a Sheffield property. You will be the friendly first contact for students, support arrivals and departures, and help maintain a safe, welcoming community.

You will engage residents, handle day-to-day administration, and assist with events and safeguarding, welfare, health and safety checks while working closely with the team to uphold high standards.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in customer-facing environments such as hospitality, accommodation, retail, or property preferred.
• Excellent communication with a friendly, approachable and professional manner.
• Ability to build strong relationships with a diverse range of students.
• Organised and reliable with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good IT skills and confidence using systems and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in PBSA (purpose-built student accommodation) or student housing desirable but not essential.

• Identify and escalate safeguarding, welfare, health and safety, or compliance concerns
• Support inspections, audits, and compliance checks
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure the property operates effectively

As a Student Experience Team Member, you'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding resident experience and supporting the smooth day to day operation of your property.

You’ll be a friendly and professional first point of contact for students, building positive relationships, resolving day to day issues, supporting arrivals and departures, and helping create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive community.

You’ll also support resident engagement activities, administration, property processes, and compliance requirements while working closely with the wider team to maintain high standards.

Your Background

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will

• Preferably have experience in customer facing environments such as hospitality, accommodation, retail, or property, although this is not essential
• Be an excellent communicator with a friendly, approachable, and professional manner
• Be able to build strong relationships with a diverse range of students
• Be organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Have good IT skills and confidence using systems and Microsoft Office
• Be able to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion
• Experience in PBSA, student accommodation, property management, or hospitality is desirable but not essential
