Job summary

MCR Property Group Ltd in Sheffield is seeking a Student Experience Team Member to deliver outstanding resident experience and oversee daily operations at the property.

This role involves weekend shifts on a rotational 7am-3pm or 2pm-10pm, 15 hours per week, permanent contract, with a salary of £10,600 plus bonus. You will work with wider teams to provide excellent service and maintain a safe, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, accommodation, or retail is preferred but not essential.
• Exceptional communicator who conveys ideas clearly and uses appropriate language.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding resident experience and oversee daily property operations.
• Ensure the property provides excellent service and a safe, welcoming environment.
• Support students as they settle into university life and resolve day-to-day issues.
