Student Experience Team Leader

Location: Birmingham

Salary: £26,789 - £30,432 per annum (depending on experience), plus bonus and benefits

Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Student Experience Team Leaders work 5 days out of 7, between 7am and 10pm. Weekends will be required on a rota basis.

You will manage the daily operations of one of our properties in a dynamic role where no two days are the same. Leading a small team of Student Experience Team Members, you'll lead by example, ensuring our students have a world-class experience, supporting their needs and exceeding expectations.

Your responsibilities include:

• Supporting daily team activities, delegating tasks, and setting targets
• Ensuring safety and security of the building and students during your shift
• Training and developing your team members
• Providing a welcoming reception and addressing student issues responsively
• Supporting student wellbeing in collaboration with managers and partners
• Organising community-building events
• Driving local sales activity towards targets
