Job summary

Flow Student is seeking a friendly, professional Student Experience Team Member to join our Sheffield sites. This full-time role (37.5 hours) has 1 position at Westhill Hall and 1 split between Westhill Hall and Archways, supporting residents and delivering an outstanding living experience.

You will be the first point of contact for students, help with arrivals and departures, manage records, support events, and work closely with the team to maintain a safe, inclusive community.

Responsibilities

• Act as a welcoming first point of contact for students, visitors, and stakeholders
• Build positive relationships with residents and support a strong student community
• Respond to enquiries and resolve day to day issues, escalating where required
• Support arrivals, departures, room inspections, and other property processes
• Maintain accurate student records and complete administration
• Support rent collection and arrears activity where required
• Support resident events, engagement activities, and community initiatives
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and positive living environment
• Identify and escalates safeguarding, welfare, health and safety, or compliance concerns
• Support inspections, audits, and compliance checks
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure the property operates effectively
