Job summary

Vita Group in Manchester is seeking a dynamic Residence Supervisor to support day‑to‑day operations of our residential property, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for all students and their guests.

You will supervise front‑line teams, coach and mentor staff, and drive first‑class service across shifts, including early starts and weekend work, with a 45‑hour week and a 10% bonus opportunity.

Qualifications

• Experienced in delivering premium resident experiences.
• Experience supporting, mentoring and coordinating a supervisory team.
• Hands-on approach to maintaining cleanliness and safety of communal areas.
• Technologically astute with operations technology systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members with operational duties and report performance.
• Motivate, coach and mentor staff to exceed goals during shifts.
• Create an atmosphere centred on delivering first-class service.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services to support staff.
• Train new team members in standards and operational duties.
• Connect with customers and build Vita Student community.
• Audit practices and suggest improvements to management.
• Assist management with setting and evaluating goals.
